Jamie spent nearly a decade helping small businesses get started and grow through her work at the Boulder Small Business Development Center (SBDC). She was integral in getting the statewide Colorado TechSource: Commercialization program started, which focused on assisting science and engineering firms to secure non-dilutive sources of funding. She encouraged Amplified Space to seek its first SBIR grant in 2020 (which was awarded!) and officially joined the team in late 2023. She was named “40 Under Forty” for the Boulder Valley in 2023 due to the mark she made on her community through her professional success and volunteer activities. She holds a B.A. in International Political Economy from Colorado College. In her free time, she enjoys singing in the Denver Chorale, hiking, skiing, scuba diving, and playing board games.
