Executive Support Opportunities

We're looking for executive team support which could take the form of an internship, part-time work, or a full-time position. This role is perfect for someone who loves working behind the scenes to make big things happen. You’ll help keep our leadership team focused and organized, support internal operations, and make sure that details don’t fall through the cracks.

What You'll Do:

• Manage scheduling, logistics, and meeting coordination across a busy and dynamic team.
• Organize priorities, follow-ups, and task tracking for company leaders.
• Help prepare documents, presentations, and internal updates.
• Handle occasional travel planning, event coordination, and team meetups.
• Be a go-to problem-solver when something needs attention—big or small.

• You have experience in operations, coordination, or supporting teams (especially at startups or in tech).

Required Skills:

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Must have an interest in aerospace.

• Must be able to demonstrate interest and proficiency in supporting executive leadership.

• Must be able to be flexible and and execute quickly.
• Must be able to be self-directed.
